Meet The Owner
Over the past decade, Ethan Parker has planned and executed hundreds of events — from large-scale corporate conventions and themed holiday celebrations to intimate networking dinners and everything in between. His creativity, attention to detail, organizational skills, and passion for planning ensure the success of every event he leads.
Ethan began his career at the Sheraton Boston Hotel, the largest hotel in Boston, where he discovered his love for planning, logistics, and the fine details that transform gatherings into extraordinary experiences. From there, he joined Partners HealthCare as part of the Employee Programs team, where he spent nearly ten years producing corporate and employee recognition events.
In 2013, Ethan became the proud owner of Thistle Haven. With his extensive background in corporate event management, he refined the company’s focus to specialize in exceptional corporate experiences. Ethan also holds the prestigious Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credential — a distinction that represents excellence and dedication within today’s meetings and events industry.
When he’s not designing unforgettable events, Ethan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, exploring new destinations, and drawing inspiration from the world around him for his next celebration.
